If you have Toasted Sesame Oil and Light Soy Sauce at home, it is easy to create some simple Asian Salad by mixing a few things together, you can also add ginger, garlic or chilli to add extra flavour, but below is a simple combination, try to make a easy one and experience the taste, pour it over some chopped cucumber, cabbage, beansprout or mixed leaves, it's a great alternatives to the classic coleslaw!
Ingredients
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp toasted sesame oil
1 tbsp white vinegar1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sugar (any type) or 1 1/2 tsp honey/ agave or maple syrup
Instructions
Place ingredients in a jar and shake well until sugar is dissolved. pour over the leafy salad, it is also lovely for dipping, add some toasted sesame seed for extra nutty taste~
