Spicy Korean stir fry pork with Kimchi

Around 400 g of pork loin, slice thin

Onion, sliced

1 tsp of ginger

1 tsp garlic

Korean Bulgogi or Galbi marinate sauce, 2/3 jar ( depends on how much veg you are adding later )

kimchi 1 Cup

Sliced red peppers

Korean Gochujang 1 Heaped tbsp

Boiled Rice

1/2 head of Lettuce




Methods:

1) Prepare all the meat and vegetable, mix the pork with the garlic ,onion and ginger, and 2/3 jar of the Galbi Marinate sauce. Let it marinate for 30 mins or more in refrigerator.


2) In a large frying pan or wok, fry the meat until 80% cooked, add red pepper, then add the Gochujang, mix them well and cook for another 1 - 2 mins , add the kimchi , heat up , then it is ready to serve.


3) Garnish with with some toasted sesame seed and sliced spring onion.


4) serve with boiled rice and Lettuce.
